Crowcon Multi-function display pump-suction gas detector Xgard

The Xgard Display Series gas detectors are specifically designed to protect operators from potential personal injuries in complex operating conditions. It can detect the dangers caused by toxic gases, combustible gases and hypoxia, and remind operators to take immediate countermeasures.

The Xgard display series is available in different sensor type configurations to meet different inspection needs on the job site. The pump suction type is optional, and the flameproof suction pump pumps the gas to the gas detector from the far end (within 100m) for detection and alarm, or draws gas from the periphery of the detector to speed up the reaction speed.

K-system

Electronic pressure sensors are used for recording pressures in fluid technology systems. Functionality and form of execution are determined by the respective utilisation conditions. In order to fulfil these requirements, HYDAC offers a comprehensive programme from miniature pressure transducers to customer-specific multiple pressure switches.

Electronic pressure transducers record the measured pressure variable and convert it into a proportional output signal.

Electronic pressure switches record the measured pressure variable, process it and output a switching signal in accordance with the presetting.

Flame Scanner

The BFI Automation offers a wide spectrum of flame scanners, which are developed for the operation at utility steam generators and industrial boilers. All flame scanners form in combination with a flame amplifier of the series 3000/ 4000 a complete flame monitoring system. The flame monitoring system 3000/4000 was developed in consideration of safety-related progresses and the optimal availability of the plant. The goal is a safe and reliable monitoring of furnaces as well as supplying criteria for the optimization of the combustion process and the reduction of pollutant emission. The system is able to distinguish different flames from burners in one combustion chamber and thus also to control selectively. 
By using wear-free sensors the flame monitoring system 3000/4000 is nearly maintenance-free and allow a reliable and longtime furnace operation. 

Flame Amplifier

The flame monitoring and rating system 3000/4000 is based upon different flame amplifier build in 19″-plug-in technic according to DIN 41494. All control logics are included and signals for the external processing are provided. The flame amplifier forms in combination with a flame scanner of the series 3000/4000 a complete flame monitoring system. It was developed under considering of safety related progresses and optimal availability of the plants. The goal is a safe and reliable monitoring of combustion plants as well as the providing of criteria for optimized combustion processes and reducing pollutant emissions. The system is able to distinguish different flames from burners in one combustion chamber and thus also to control selectively.
