Stationary Laser Welding SL QMax: maximum flexibility Mobile Laser Welding System

Mobile Laser Welding – the “Mobile Welder” is specially designed for work on large tools weighing up to 20 metric tons.

W-series modular terminals

The versatile and extensive range of products – from 0.05 mm² to 300 mm² – means that you have diverse options for your applications at your disposal.

Hardened steel for mechanical strength and high-quality tinned copper for optimum conductivity. All materials comply with RoHS requirements and have been tested to current environment guidelines.

SAK-series modular terminals

Weidmüller’s many years experience in the market have resulted in constant optimisation. No other modular terminal in the world is based on such comprehensive expertise as the SAK. The inconspicuous insulators with their “clamping function” for the electrical conductors are based on a wealth of sound knowledge and experience. Pepperl+Fuchs Barriers

Intrinsic safety barriers are the core of Pepperl+Fuchs’ product portfolio. We offer the widest selection of products for protection of electrical signals located in hazardous areas. These intrinsic safety modules combine the energy limiting features of a zener barrier with galvanic isolation. Pepperl+Fuchs offers systems for different applications and mountings.


K-system

Our most popular intrinsic safety isolated barriers are the flexible DIN rail mounted K-System modules. The K-System intrinsic safety barriers connect easily with our Power Rail assembled in the DIN rail. The use of the Power Rail reduces the wiring by energizing the modules mounted on the DIN rail.

Z-system zener barriers from Pepperl+Fuchs are directly mounted on a 35 mm DIN-Rail. Through accessories, the required grounding can be done directly on the DIN mounting rail.

Z-system zener barriers are available with high density up to 2 channels / 12,5 mm width. Variants with field replaceable fuses provide a convenient means of disconnecting or open-circuiting the instrument loop without interfering with the wiring, making commissioning and maintenance operations much easier.

For more than three decades FUNKE has specialised in the development and manufacture of heat exchangers with up to 2000 m² heat exchanger surface for all current industrial applications and designs.

In the field of Plate Heat Exchangers FUNKE offers a sophisticated range of products able to meet almost any requirement in machine and plant engineering. FUNKE’s special “off-set” system with asymmetrical flow gaps creates highly efficient and cost-effective apparatuses whose performance (depending on design) is up to 17 percent higher compared with conventional plate heat exchangers.

HYDAC Electronic Pressure Sensor

Pressure Sensors

Electronic pressure sensors are used for recording pressures in fluid technology systems. Functionality and form of execution are determined by the respective utilisation conditions. In order to fulfil these requirements, HYDAC offers a comprehensive programme from miniature pressure transducers to customer-specific multiple pressure switches.

Electronic pressure transducers record the measured pressure variable and convert it into a proportional output signal.

Electronic pressure switches record the measured pressure variable, process it and output a switching signal in accordance with the presetting.

BFI Automation

German TÜV-proofed Flame monitoring – and evaluation devices are the most prominent products in a wide spreaded BFI Product range. 

The variety of application and functionality of the devices is based upon a longstanding exchange of experience.

Flame Scanner

The BFI Automation offers a wide spectrum of flame scanners, which are developed for the operation at utility steam generators and industrial boilers. The extreme requirements to the monitoring of combustion under Low NOx- conditions was focused mainly. All flame scanners form in combination with a flame amplifier of the series 3000/ 4000 a complete flame monitoring system. The flame monitoring system 3000/4000 was developed in consideration of safety-related progresses and the optimal availability of the plant. The goal is a safe and reliable monitoring of furnaces as well as supplying criteria for the optimization of the combustion process and the reduction of pollutant emission. The system is able to distinguish different flames from burners in one combustion chamber and thus also to control selectively. 
By using wear-free sensors the flame monitoring system 3000/4000 is nearly maintenance-free and allow a reliable and longtime furnace operation. 

Flame Amplifier

The flame monitoring and rating system 3000/4000 is based upon different flame amplifier build in 19″-plug-in technic according to DIN 41494. All control logics are included and signals for the external processing are provided. The flame amplifier forms in combination with a flame scanner of the series 3000/4000 a complete flame monitoring system. It was developed under considering of safety related progresses and optimal availability of the plants. The goal is a safe and reliable monitoring of combustion plants as well as the providing of criteria for optimized combustion processes and reducing pollutant emissions. The system is able to distinguish different flames from burners in one combustion chamber and thus also to control selectively.
